Reason Why: I believe that you should have free memberships to penguin’s in Club Penguin as it is UNFAIR to non-members being teased by members because they don’t have penguin clothes. But I believe that it shouldn’t be completely free, a year’s membership should be able to be purchased in Club Penguin for 100,000 (one hundred thousand) coins. It should still be able to purchased with money, but just cheaper.

Reasoning: It is unfair that this game is taken over by money. People are starting to become greedy, and it isn’t exactly equal between all who play when most of the game’s excitement is based on membership.
Personal Comment: However, I don’t believe that a small petition on a unfamiliarized website may stop them. Club Penguin already has there mind set on the money. Unless Disney decides to cancel their contract between the two companies. Club Penguin was sold for around 35o,ooo,ooo(350 Million) US Dollars. The creators recieve little of about 10% of the profits. If they stopped membership, it would go against their contract. Causing fury between Disney and Club Penguin Mini-Clip. Disney spent much money on Club Penguin and it wasn’t because of the greater quality game, it was because of the profits Club Penguin was recieving. I don’t believe this petition has any affect on the Membership, or changes in Club Penguin.

I know we all want memberships and I to thought it would be a good idea if it were free, but I emailed Club Penguin Support and they said memberships are not free because with out members club penguin would not be here. Because Club Penguin need members because they give money to cp and that’s how Club Penguin runs. Hope you guys understand. Over half the Club Penguin accounts are loosing because of the membership. I know you will make less money this way, but maybe lowering the memberships to 1 dollar a year? Maybe 2 dollars. It doesn’t really matter. But please accept this. I beg you. You will make $12.00 a year or $24.00 on 1 membership. You don’t need 60 dollars a year for 1 account. That is rediculous. If you stay with the $60 per year for just 1 account, you make alot of money, but at the same time your making people poor and before you know it, 3 years go by, and 1 family can’t afford the membership anymore. Reason Why – There isn’t really much point to Club Penguin if you are not a member because you earn a lot of money but then you cannot soend it and what is the point in getting given two puffles if they don’t get a bed and can only eat puffle food and bubblegum and COOKIES!!!

Guys, I know you want free membership, but I’m a non-member, and if CP start handing out free ones, they’ll go bust. The only way to keep cp running is memberships. They depend on them to run servers, get paid and even keep their job. I respect you guys want free ones, but CP will never give them to you! And would you rather there was cp and you were a non member, or there is no cp. And anyway, $5.95 is REALLY CHEAP! If you’re parents won’t let you have that, then, I guess they’re just mean.
I do believe in some of your reasoning, but you are forgetting about the conversion rate;
e.g. $5.95USD could convert to hundreds of dollars in another country!

As a non-member, I am limited to things that are either free, or things that I don’t want! This is extremely unfair and I have been constantly questioning myself if I shouldn’t play club penguin! Membership on cp shouldn’t be free. it should be cheaper. im not paying 6 bux a month to dress some penguin in clothes. The one month should be about 1.50 dollars. its not fair to non-members. all the non-members have to wear crappy stupid free items so they donrt look stupid.

Reason Why: Coz its unfaIR to non-member penguins coz its not fun playing cp anymore if the penguins do not have clothes and accessories and wigs and stuff like that and the upgraded igloos and the SO UNFAIR one is that members can avail.. like, getting a VIP pass so they can meet the penguin band and the non members cant. the non members also are bored just like me coz it really is NOT fun without stuff and music in your igloo. it also is not fun if your igloo is, well, lets say SIMPLE. when you invite ur friends to have parties theyll be bored and say its not fun coz theres no music, no dance floor and members can also get LOTS of coins like the Ice Fishing for example, you cant get the MULLET if you dont have your own fishing rod… and also some members dont accept your request coz you are not one of them… and you cant also get rockhoppers rare items… so please let me be a member!!!!!

i had a mem acc. but you guys banned me. all that mobney for nothing. so thats why it should be free if someone gets banned or their computer isnt working for the only month they had membership and that was it…it’s just not fair. plus i get teased and some members only talk to members. i saw this penguin asking someone (a member) to be their friend.The member asked,”are you a member?” and he said “no” so the member told him to go away. isnt cp supposed to be “kid friendly”
Personal comment: Plus, do you know how many hacks and hackers there are out there to try to ruin clubpenguin? if you make membership free, then there wll be less hackers…maybe soon then none! wwouldn’t that be a safer, more kid-friendly clubpenguin? and just think about it: more people would play and the safer it would be.

Reason Why: When I first started playing Club Penguin it was really fun. When I realized that I couldn’t get anything with my coins I was angry at Club penguin. Nobody ever talks to me on CP because I am a non-member. It’s not fair that all of the spoiled little kids get a membership because their moms and dads pay for it. Also, everyone teases me because I don’t have the latest member clothes. Club Penguin is no fun without a membership, and I might stop playing. Ok i am not gonna say this is bad any in way but it is fair because maybe they more people go on for that but it is if they do not have memberships they would not have money so they would need to shut down clubpenguin until somebody bought it and nobody porbably would because it cost about 300,000,000 just for the site because thats how much they paid for all that stuff to make a site like that.So its that for you guys suffer and have no clubpenguin.1 more thing it is fair we get better stuff then you because we paid for it and when we pay were paying their bills and all that so thinks about before you try start all this.
